Please read the eligibility criteria before you start — it takes five minutes and could save you hours. Applications that do not meet the criteria cannot be considered, however good the work.

- What we will ask
What the Application Covers
So you can prepare before a round opens, the form asks for:
- Your organisation — name, registration number, address, website, year established, income band.
- A contact — name, role, email and phone.
- Your work — your mission in 100 words, who you support and where you work.
- Your request — the amount, what the funding is for, which priority it fits, and the difference it will make.
- A simple budget — a short breakdown table or file upload.
- Documents — latest annual accounts and a safeguarding confirmation. Bank details only on award, never at application.

We Acknowledge
Every application is acknowledged within five working days of arriving.

We Review
Our team reviews each application against our criteria; shortlisted charities may receive a call or visit.

You Hear From Us
Decisions are made by our trustees, and every applicant — successful or not — hears within twelve weeks.
